Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Adcent Media Inc. (“Adcent”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you use adcentmedia.com, our publisher, advertiser and admin dashboards, our offerwall (wall.adcentmedia.com) and our tracking services. For privacy requests, contact [email protected].

2. What we collect

  • Account data: your email address, name, and for publishers the website or app address and Telegram handle you give us; for advertisers your company name. We also record the IP address you signed up from, and the time and result of sign-in attempts.
  • Payment data: the PayPal email or USDT (TRC20) wallet address you give us for payouts, the transaction references you send when funding an advertiser balance, and the history of balances, earnings, charges and withdrawals.
  • Traffic data about visitors who click offers: IP address, browser user agent, a device fingerprint hash, approximate country and network (ASN), the offer, the publisher, the time, a risk score and the reasons behind it, and the user ID the publisher passes to us. When a conversion happens we receive the conversion details from the advertiser or upstream network.
  • Communications and logs: emails we send you (sign-in codes, approvals, notices), support emails you send us, and security and audit logs of actions taken in the dashboards.

3. Why we use it

  • To provide the Services: sign you in, run the offerwall, track clicks and conversions, calculate earnings and charges, and pay publishers.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, which is central to how a network works. This includes scoring clicks, blocking suspicious traffic, linking duplicate accounts and payout accounts, and investigating reversals.
  • To communicate with you about your account.
  • To keep accounts and records for accounting, tax, security and legal purposes, and to enforce our Terms.

We rely on contract (to provide the Services you asked for), our legitimate interests (security and fraud prevention), and legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Who we share it with

  • Advertisers and upstream networks: when a visitor clicks an offer we pass our click ID to the destination so the conversion can be matched back. Some networks also need the visitor's IP address and user agent to show relevant offers or to check the click, and we send those when required. Advertisers and networks handle that data under their own policies.
  • Service providers: our hosting provider; Cloudflare (network security and delivery); an email delivery provider (ZeptoMail by Zoho) that sends our emails; and an IP-intelligence lookup service, to which we send a visitor's IP address to detect VPNs and proxies.
  • Payment recipients: payout details are used to send payments through PayPal or the Tron network.
  • Authorities and advisers: where the law requires, or to protect our rights, or to professional advisers under confidentiality.
  • Fraud investigations: we may share information about suspected fraud with the advertisers and networks concerned.

5. Visitors on a publisher's site

If you reach an offer through a publisher's website or app, the publisher is responsible for telling you how it handles your data and for any consent required. We process the traffic data described above for tracking and fraud prevention. You can exercise your rights against us using the contact address above.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The marketing site and the offerwall do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The dashboards keep your sign-in token and your chosen theme in your browser's storage so you stay signed in; signing out clears the token. Cloudflare may set cookies it needs for security and delivery. If we later add error monitoring, it would receive technical error details such as the page and browser type.

7. How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Account, payment and accounting records are kept as long as the law and our legitimate business needs require. Click-level and risk logs are kept for a limited period for fraud prevention, dispute handling and reconciliation, and may then be deleted or reduced. Sign-in codes expire after ten minutes and are stored only in hashed form.

8. Security

Sign-in codes are stored hashed and are single-use; access tokens are stored hashed; traffic to our services is encrypted in transit; and access to administration is restricted to a single admin account. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your email account and tell us immediately if you think your account was accessed.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in other countries, including countries whose data-protection laws differ from yours. Where the law requires, we use appropriate safeguards.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We may need to keep some data to prevent fraud, meet legal duties, or settle money owed, and we will tell you if we cannot fully act on a request. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Publishers must not direct offers to children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard.
